I purchased KeyWave but didn’t receive anything.
Check your Spam, Junk, and Promotions folders first. If you still don’t see the email, make sure you used the correct purchase email.
KeyWave does not appear in my DAW.
Restart your DAW and rescan your plugins. Make sure you installed the correct plugin format for your system.
KeyWave does not appear in Logic.
Open Logic Pro > Plug-In Manager, then Reset & Rescan. Restart Logic after scanning.
KeyWave does not appear in Ableton.
Go to Preferences > Plug-ins, enable VST3 system folders, then rescan plugins.
Where is KeyWave installed?
Windows: C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3
Mac: /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components or /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3
I don’t see a DLL file.
KeyWave uses VST3. On Windows, look for KeyWave.vst3 in C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3. You may not see a .dll file.
