Do I need KeyWave installed first?
Yes. Merengue Vol. 1 is an expansion for KeyWave, so KeyWave must be installed and working before you install the expansion.
How do I install the Merengue Vol. 1 Expansion?
Download the ZIP file, unzip/extract it first, open KeyWave inside your DAW, then drag the .kwl file into KeyWave. Close and reopen KeyWave after installing.
Do I drag the ZIP file into KeyWave?
No. Do not drag the ZIP file. Unzip/extract it first, then drag this file into KeyWave: Merengue Volume 1 KeyWave Expansion.kwl
What is the correct expansion file?
The correct file is: Merengue Volume 1 KeyWave Expansion.kwl. Do not drag the ZIP folder, the extracted folder, or any __MACOSX folder.
The expansion does not appear.
Close and reopen KeyWave. Make sure you dragged the correct .kwl file, KeyWave is connected to the internet, and you used the same email for KeyWave and the expansion.
I bought KeyWave with one email and the expansion with another.
This can cause license problems. For best results, KeyWave and the expansion should be purchased and activated using the same email address.
